• What can I expect from Remote Learning?

  We understand that these are uncertain times for all of us.
  
  Our faculty has been modifying their curricula to serve our students remotely.  While this temporary educational vehicle will be different than  a traditional school day, there is obvious value in offering remote learning at this time. Our goal is to give you and your children support and age-appropriate tools to keep them engaged in learning.
  
  Our teachers have collected age-appropriate resources for your students and we hope they are helpful.  We are here for you if you need us.  Email or call your teacher if you have questions.

• Who do I contact with questions during Remote Learning?

  For questions related to assigments, contact your classroom teacher. Teachers have designated "office hours" for responding to questions but could respond sooner via email or whatever they designated as their preferred method of communication. 

  
  For other general remote learning and school-related questions, contact the headmaster or your principal.

• How will I know what my child needs to be doing for remote learning?

  We will get through this together! If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to your principal.
  
  Middle School:
  

  • Teachers will post assignments on their class Bulletin Board page on myMonte. 
  • Please check each of your teacher's pages on a daily basis for assigments and announcements.
  • If you have questions about a particular class, assignment or materials for a class, please email that class's teacher.

  Elementary School:
  

  • Your child’s homeroom teacher will be your primary source for communication during remote learning.
  • Third and fourth grade students will also hear from their math teachers as well.
  • All teachers, including Reach instructors will establish daily “office hours” to allow for parent questions, concerns, etc. to be addressed. Please be respectful of these hours as their responsibilities at home vary and they may be juggling multiple tasks also.

  ECLC:
  

  • Your child's classroom teacher will be your primary source for communication during remote learning.
  • All teachers will establish daily "office hours" to allow parents to ask questions and address any concerns you may be having.

• If I am having technical issues with the school-issued laptop or with MyMonte, who do I contact?

  If you have having technical issues with your school-issued laptop or MyMonte, please contact the Help Desk from 9:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

• I have lost wages due to Covid-19 and need tuition assistance. Who do I contact?

  We understand this is an uncertain time for many families. If you need to discuss tuition assistance, please contact Tracy Kutmas. All information is confidential.  We are here to help.

• How can I talk to my children about COVID-19?

  We know that students also have questions about the virus and that some are anxious about it. In these moments, it is critical that adults remain calm, that we listen, that we share facts, and that we let children know that adults are working hard to keep everyone safe. • What resources is Monte Cassino monitoring for COVID-19 updates?

  Our administration and Emergency Response Team is closely monitoring and evaluating the latest updates from a number of health and educational sites in order to inform proactive, thoughtful, and appropriate decision-making for our community.  Response team members are attending daily Tulsa Area Emergency Management Agency meeting where we are learning how COVID is directly impacting our area.
