Fundraising Events

The Monte Cassino community is second to none. Our events are just one part of what makes our school so special. Octoberfest and Brick by Brick are our two signature events that bring in many of our fundraising dollars. We offer opportunities to support both of these events through Signature Sponsorships, and all event fundraising supports our school! Signature Sponsorships are available every August. Check back later for more information for the 2026-2027 school year.

OCTOBERFEST: Classic Monte – OCT. 1–14, 2026

Celebrate our 60th Annual Octoberfest with classic style and everyone’s favorite traditions. Thank you to our Octoberfest Chairs Morgan James and Brittany Ringle, along with their committee, for all of your work on this amazing week!

Parents’ Night Out – Thursday, Oct. 1
Join us under the tent on Saints Field for this crowd favorite event! You don’t want to miss this Boots & BBQ experience. Click HERE to get your tickets today. Note: this event is NOT included in Signature Supporter benefits.

Free Carnival – Sunday, Oct. 4
Just like your fave Fall Fest from childhood – games, prizes, and sugar rush included.

Fun Run – Friday, Oct. 9
1st through 8th graders run down Yorktown! ECLC has their own mini-runs - information will be provided by ECLC educators.

Middle School Powder Puff Football – Wednesday, Oct. 14
Expect fierce rivalries, tube socks, tutus and serious school spirit. More information will be provided to your Middle Schooler.

Saints and Stars will honor the legacy built by those who came before us while looking ahead to the bright future we share.

Brick by Brick 2026 delivered record attendance, record fundraising, and an extraordinary outpouring of support from families, friends, educators, sponsors and volunteers. The evening reflected our shared commitment to helping every student—from PreK‑3 through 8th grade—thrive.
