Tuition includes instructional materials for all grades; school supplies for PK3 – 4th grade; art supplies; musical instruments; textbooks and required novels; student laptops; technology infrastructure; and IT support.
Tuition also includes the Monte Cassino Yearbook and Supplemental Student Accident Insurance. Tuition further supports the school's broader student experience and community life, including annual Spirit and Octoberfest Tshirts, a wide range of student activities, and field trips that enhance and extend classroom learning.
Optional programs, extended trips, and extracurricular opportunities may involve additional fees. Any such costs will be communicated to families in advance.
New Family Fee (one time charge): $100 per new family.
Blackbaud Tuition Management charges an annual $56 account set up fee. The fee is charged on a per-account, per-school-year basis. All families are required to set up a Blackbaud Tuition Management account, regardless of payment method selected.
Deposits are $500 for each student. All deposits are directly applied to tuition and confirm your enrollment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment options available are annual, bi-annual*, quarterly*, or monthly*. All payment options begin in July or upon enrollment.

Note: Any student withdrawing early will be responsible for the following early withdrawal fees: For withdrawal after March 31, 2026, your deposit is forfeited and an additional $500 will be assessed. For withdrawal after May 31, 2026, tuition for the one quarter of tuition is due. For withdrawal after June 30, 2026, tuition for one semester of tuition is due. Financial Aid is available.
529 PLANS EXPANDED: EFFECTIVE FOR DISTRIBUTIONS MADE AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2017, 529 ACCOUNTS MAY DISTRIBUTE UP TO $10,000 PER STUDENT PER YEAR FOR TUITION AT A PUBLIC, PRIVATE OR RELIGIOUS ELEMENTARY OR SECONDARY SCHOOL.
