Follow these steps to Be A Saint!

Below you will find detailed information to guide you through the application process for your student. Please note that there are different requirements depending on the grade to which you are applying.

We encourage you to visit our School  in order to get a feel for the campus and to meet our faculty and students. We have a variety of ways for you to enjoy Monte Cassino; please join us for a tour, attend a performance or join us for a sporting event!

Prospective Families - Families who will be new to Monte Cassino

  1. Click on the "Apply Today" photo below that corresponds with the grade for which you are applying.
  2. Select the blue "Create Account" link to create a myMonte username and password.
  3. After entering your basic information, select the "Create Account" button.
  • Our system may recognize you by your email address.
  • If the system recognizes your email address, your email address will be highlighted in red after you press "Submit."
  • If this occurs, select the "Forgot Login?" button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address to receive an automatic reply containing your myMonte username and password.
  • Once you receive a myMonte username and password you will have access to complete the online application, monitor your student's progress through the admissions process and learn more about Monte Cassino.


Current Families - families who need to enroll a sibling

  1. Click on the Apply Today button below.
  2. When prompted, please enter your current myMonte username and password.
  3. The deadline for new sibling application is November 1.

  • Tours

    Visit our campus on a scheduled Open House Day or call the Office of Admission at (918) 746-4238 to schedule a visit. Tours are for parents only.  Shadow days are designed for students.  Students who join us for a shadow day are paired with a current student who will host them for an entire day at Monte Cassino.
  • Application and Deadlines

    Please complete an application for admission by clicking the appropriate links below. All applications will be reviewed and you will be notified shortly.

    ECLC Applications Deadlines:
    Round 1 - November 1
    Round 2 - March 1 (if spots are still available)

    Elementary and Middle School:
    Round 1 - December 1
    Round 2 - March 15 (if spots are still available)

    Applications will be accepted after deadlines. Late applications will be considered if space is available.

    A $50 non-refundable processing fee is required with the application.
  • Screening and Testing Requirements

    All ES and MS applicants are required to take an entrance test or participate in a screening prior to admission at Monte Cassino School. Please contact the Office of Admission to schedule.
     
    The Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) screening dates for 2025-2026 are January 25 and February 1. ECLC applicants' entrance tests consist of an individual screening with an ECLC faculty member and a playdate. Developmental readiness and space availability are the determining factors for admission. 
  • Shadow Day

    Prospective elementary (ES) and middle school (MS) students are asked to spend a day at Monte Cassino School to experience a day in the life of an MCS student. Your child will be paired with a student ambassador and will get to personally experience what it is like to Be A Saint for a day! Please contact the Office of Admission to schedule.
  • Teacher Recommendations

    Teacher recommendations are required for elementary and middle school applicants. Middle school applicants are required to have both an English teacher recommendation and a Math teacher recommendation. These forms should be completed by at least one current teacher and returned directly to Office of Admission. The forms can be found in the checklist in your students profile in myMonte.
     
Please direct all other Admission-related inquiries to Director of Admission, Brooke Jones. Your application for admission is not considered complete until payment and all teacher evaluations have been received.
