Applied Synergistic Science Lab

Monte Cassino's Synergistic Lab is an applied science approach designed to cultivate students' abilities to solve the challenges of the future.

Synergistic Lab modules provide student pairs with innovative, hands-on learning experiences that meet education standards in math and science. Each module provides a hands-on, cooperative curriculum delivered in a unique, team-based learning environment.

Students learn the basics of medicine, weather systems, electronics, physics, robotics, aerodynamics, chemistry, biology and engineering, all at their own pace and with additional activities to meet their various interests. The Synergistic Program exposes students to careers in math and science and prepares them to make focused choices when selecting high school courses.
